Let us do all the research for you prior to starting your project. With our pre-construction planning service you will receive a detailed cost estimate for your entire project. We will go over all the building requirements in your area.
A pre-construction plan will allow you to get feedback on the feasibility and cost of your project therefore allowing you to make educated decisions.
It is crucial to have a strong team to ensure deadlines are met on time. V.E will ensure that all subcontractors follow a strict schedule to meet all the goals and expectations of our customers.
We will also make sure that the job site is kept cleaned and organized through out the duration of the work. Prior to completion our team members will do a walk through to ensure all the work as per required by our clients.
Permitting can be an overwhelming process. V.E can take care of the entire process on your behalf. Once we finalize your plans, we will submit them to the Building Department. If revisions are needed we will work with our engineer or the engineer / architect of your choice to satisfy all requirements and ensure you receive your building permit.
We specialize in the construction of new custom homes as well as custom home remodels. We also work on complex projects such as historic remodels.
